Return to Water in Africa

The temperature has dropped well below zero, and there are strong winds, so the girls of the village are bundled up waiting for their turn to dip water. In the cold weather, most people wear the traditional Basotho blanket. We had no snow this year, so there is very little water. The water only trickles from the pipe, so fetching it takes a long time.
