Return to Water in Africa

I'm getting a bucket of water at the secondary tower in my courtyard. The primary faucet that serves my courtyard was not working at the time. The courtyard is dependent on a water tower serviced by the local government, which needs to fill it regularly. This secondary tower serves more as a rain catcher, thus offering less fresh water.
