Bricks for home construction are made after the short rainy season. People get mud for the bricks from a manmade hole in the ground that fills with water during the rainy season. This hole dries up within a month, so the villagers have to work quickly to make bricks from the mud for the duration of the year. These bricks have been set in the sun to dry.
